My name is Joe Garner, and I’m the sole creator, writer, and webmaster of this site. Every article you read here is researched, written, and published by me. GarnerReport.com is not backed by advertisers, algorithms, or corporate interests—just a deep commitment to independent thought and fearless inquiry.
This site was born from my lifelong fascination with the unknown—UFO sightings, paranormal phenomena, ancient mysteries, and the supernatural. I created GarnerReport.com to investigate the strange patterns that run beneath the surface of our world and to share those findings with others who are seeking more than mainstream headlines can offer.
In addition to my original research and commentary, this site actively monitors the web for recent reports on UFO activity, paranormal encounters, supernatural events, and unexplained phenomena. I comb through news articles, social media threads, government disclosures, and fringe sources to bring you timely, relevant, and thought-provoking stories.
But that’s only part of the vision.
In the near future, GarnerReport.com will also become a hub for direct public engagement. I’m currently building a system that will allow individuals from around the world to submit their own paranormal encounters and supernatural experiences. These reports will be reviewed and, when appropriate, published on the site to help build a broader understanding of what people are witnessing today.
